From July 15th to July 16th, 2026 Kairui students will step out of the classroom and engage in a two-day outdoor expansion activity. This practice has no courseware or standard answers. Instead, there are experiential tasks that allow students to constantly break through themselves and turn the values of "innovation, efficiency, and responsibility" advocated by Kaijin into real experiences and growth time and time again.

True communication is about delivering information efficiently and accurately.The cross departmental collaboration challenge project condenses real-life collaboration scenarios such as marketing, research and development, and production into a game. Someone is responsible for observation, someone is responsible for transmission, and someone is responsible for execution. Although it may seem simple and reasonable, due to information omission, repeated transmission, or expression deviation, the final result gradually deviates from the goal. During the collective review, the students gradually realized that efficient communication not only tests their ability to express themselves, but also their organizational skills and collaborative awareness. Clear division of labor, unified standards, and reduced ineffective communication are essential for the team to achieve efficiency. This is also one of the core connotations of Kaijin's "efficiency" values.

An excellent team is not only good at collaboration, but also dares to break boundaries and find the optimal solution.In the tangram project, each group has different puzzles, legends, and tasks. Only by actively sharing resources and constantly adjusting strategies can the entire group earn higher points. In the game, there are teams that step forward to coordinate the overall situation, as well as teams that actively communicate and exchange ideas, optimizing plans in a timely manner based on changes on site.
At the moment of calculating points, the students realized that team competition is notZero-sum gameBreaking through conventional thinking and achieving resource sharing is the key to creating greater collective value. Growth often occurs at the moment when one wants to give up but still persists.As the grand finale challenge, 'Iron Network Beyond' has left an unforgettable impression on many students to this day. No tools, but we have to send everyone over the iron fence; There is no exemption, every time you touch the net means starting over. As time passed and physical strength declined, the team fell into a low point. A pause by the coach and a speech by the class monitor helped everyone regain consensus. Someone is up in the difficult position, and there are people staring at the blind spots on the edge. Everyone extends their hands to protect their teammates, standing up as a defense line with their legs open. In the end, all students completed the challenge within the specified time.
The students deeply realized that 'duty' is not waiting for arrangements, but taking the initiative to step forward when the team needs it, doing their best to fulfill their responsibilities, being responsible for their partners, and being responsible for the collective. It is everyone's dedication to their position and team that ultimately gathers the strength to overcome challenges.
